REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Hair that is not custom colored or custom textured may be exchanged within 10 days of original receipt date. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping with an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges. All hair that is exchanged must be unused and accompanied by the original receipt and require original packaging.
If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. We recommend that you wash all hair prior to installation, to detect any possible defects. We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Get Gorgeous Hair, and is null and void of guarantee. Get Gorgeous Hair is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.
All custom color orders are final.
